Get species prevalence

This function calculates the prevalence of each species in a given space

Usage

get_species_prevalence(species_list, space)

Arguments

species_list

a list of species to include in the calculations.

space

the space to calculate over.

Value

a vector containing species prevalence in decimal percentages.
